Charlotte Tilbury's new Rock 'N' Kohl quick Kajal long-lasting eye pencil has really impressed me. I had the shade Fig smoulder, which is a really gorgeous deep purple, and I love how it looks with my blue eyes. The pencil is really easy to use. It glides onto the skin easily and is easy to control. What is most impressive is how durable it is. Once it dries down, it does not budge. This does mean that you need to work quickly if you want to smudge it, and the liner does come with a smudging tool at the other end. It smudges well as long as it hasn't dried down yet, and it dries fairly quickly, so I would smudge as you go. The other side of that is it stayed perfectly intact on my lower lash line all day long, which would normally be very faded or smudged by the end of the day. The liner on my waterline did go when I first wore it, but I hadn't dried it first. If you do want it to stay on your waterline, I found these steps help: dry your waterline with a cotton bud before applying. Apply two layers. The first will appear slightly lighter, but let that dry then reapply, and it will be a bold line. I found it lasts the day on my waterline when I do this, although it does fade a little. This is my go to lipstick that goes with most looks. It's a really nice matte pinky brown colour. It does sometimes vary a little, my natural lip colour (which can be quite pale or quite pink) changes how pink or brown it looks but I love it whichever way it goes. The lipstick is really comfortable and fairly long lasting for a regular lipstick. I absolutely adore it The lip cheat liner is an exact shade match so fab if you want a super neat lip outline, or to overline your lip to extend the colour. It's quite a hard pencil, which some may not prefer, but I find it makes it super easy to draw with and it's smudge free. It is really long lasting and won't rub off your lips easily. It's a fab pinky brown shade which makes it fab for a look with neutral colours or with smokey eye makeup. Like what you see?
